The Open Letter To The Senate And President Buhari

— Lord Abiodun Ogunseitan

We made the most biggest error in the history of Nigeria allowing the re-election and election of President BUHARI, as president of Nigeria after experiencing his governance, as a military head of state!

The president when he was military head of state was ignorant of the law, over-bearing and extremely NEPOTIC!

He caused our economy serious damage and we were delighted he was booted out of the government! He was completely incapable of running a government because he is a stark illiterate.

South Africa former president Jacob Zuma had only a primary education and was a stark illiterate and he ruined the economy of South Africa and as usual he was extremely corrupt! The government of South Africa eventually, exposed the level of corruption when his house was raided and several exotic cars were recovered as bribe from an Indian billionaire!

Where are the preemptive actions to stop the president from looting?

In less then 2 months in office, he borrowed 42 billions dollars from the Chinese and the money disappeared! He went back for more loans and the senate kept approving more loans every 6 months and last was the 26 billion dollars approved 2 months ago!

One Child Too Many A History Of Death Tragedy And Sorrow And The Terrible Price Of Power In Nigeria

The same president travelled to the United States to buy 496,000,000 dollars military ware last year without approval from the senate! I called for his impeachment because that act is contemptuous of our constitutional process! The senate which is overfilled with northern legislators, over ruled the impeachment!

Now, l asked the senate where are the weapons?

A Yoruba major general was withdrawn from the front for daring to ask for weapons to continue the Boko haram war!

The senate refused to impeach the president but cannot tell us Nigerians what happened to the half a billion our purchased military ware that are now missing! The senate has continued to support the looting of our treasury like late Abacha did!

Shame on the rotten senate!

A senator who was a former police commissioner told the press, when he entered the senate assembly, he was shocked to see several faces, he had prosecuted for various crimes, in the senate!

How can a criminal be allowed to be a law maker?

I challenged the INEC why criminals are allowed to be in the senate and they replied sheepishly, that the parties are responsible for submitting candidates for election and they do not screen these candidates because it is not in their remits!

So you have criminals who are drug dealers, fraudsters, murderers and sacked ministers who committed crime against the state in the senate !

Did the senate take any action, to give the INEC power to weed out, criminals to be in government?

Hell no!

The greatest and most frightening situation, Nigeria faces, is the reckless manner president BUHARI is recklessly, franchising with the Chinese and allowing the influx of other Fulani, Chinese and Indians into our country with the resultant effect of destruction of our economy and purchasing power of our people, as the president has destroyed our currency through his insane borrowing of Chinese dollars.

I now going to explain what the threat is and most precarious to our economic survival!

When first proposed, neocolonialism labelled European countries’ continued economic and cultural relationships with their former colonies, African countries that had been liberated in the aftermath of Second World War, with direct economic exploitation, in place of colonialism, as the main instrument of imperialism, we have today neo-colonialism used by every other superior powerful nations!

Why Nigeria Needs To Be Cautious About China

China saw the possibility of exploiting Africa through our most useless and corrupt leaders!

China on getting into African markets gave them fat loans they cannot pay to lately, turn them into economic slaves! Today, the Chinese are in the north and southwest digging our land in search of diamond and gold through illegal mining!

They are even prepared to pay millions of Naira to continue their exploit! Some were arrested offering our official 100 million naira bribe’

The Chinese See us as stupid and brainless!

Who is the customs and immigration comptrollers and internal affairs minister? All are Fulani and Personal friends of President BUHARI hence there are no control whatsoever to protect our economy or people from massive exploitation!

“Neocolonial” is nothing but “Economic imperialism” for expansion of the applications of economic exploitation.

Neocolonialism is the practice of using capitalism, globalisation, cultural imperialism, and conditional aid to influence a developing country instead of the previous colonial methods of direct military control (imperialism) or indirect political control (hegemony).

The Chinese saw the opportunity because no single African country has made any attempt to have self sustaining home grown production of goods and services.

Tell me, President BUHARI has done nothing to stop at least 40% if import and encourage our people to manufacture these goods locally!

We import millions of simple items like fans, generators , air conditioning systems and even bulbs! These items should be manufactured locally !

The Japanese could be asked to build the turn key projects to manufacture these items and the exposure to such technological growth would lead to our people branching out to build competitive industries for other import!

Currently, we are dumping ground for Chinese imports!

America Just found out, the Chinese have turned the US into their dumping ground for Chinese goods and this has made the US, unable to recreate their home production of own goods and made the US, a billion dollars Chinese debtors !

They are redressing the catastrophic effect of the Chinese invasion of their economy!

Neocolonialism differs from standard globalisation and development aid in that it typically results, in a relationship of dependence, subservience, or financial obligation towards the neocolonialist nation. This may result in an undue degree of political control or spiraling debt obligations, functionally imitating the relationship of traditional colonialism.

China proved that after turning several African countries into debtors and then seizing their assets!

In South Africa today, mandarin is now officially their other national language!

Coined by the French philosopher Jean-Paul Sartre in 1956, it was first used by Kwame Nkrumah in the context of African countries undergoing decolonisation in the 1960s. Neocolonialism is also discussed in the works of Western thinkers such as Jean-Paul Sartre (Colonialism and Neocolonialism, 1964 and Noam Chomsky (The Washington Connection and Third World Fascism, 1979).

Imagine that the french have 14 African countries economic slaves by giving them conditional independence which made them pay 80% of their yearly total revenue to France. Day light robbery and that for 60 years, these black leaders never sought international intervention beggars belief!

They cannot withdraw any money for development but they are required to draw it as a loan subject to capital compound interest rate!

The french evil leaders even went on to call it, independence repayment agreement for being colonised and their crap edifices is to be repaid! They enriched France to the tune of over 987 trillion dollars!

The UN looked away despite the fact that France was commuting  a crime against 14 African countries!

We are abused by everybody because we had dumbest and stupid Black leaders!

Argentine revolutionary Ché Guevara said:

We, politely referred to as “underdeveloped”, in truth, are colonial, semi-colonial or dependent countries. We are countries whose economies have been distorted by imperialism, which has abnormally developed those branches of industry or agriculture needed to complement its complex economy. “Underdevelopment”, or distorted development, brings a dangerous specialisation in raw materials, inherent in which is the threat of hunger for all our peoples.

We, the “underdeveloped”, are also those with the single crop, the single product, the single market. A single product whose uncertain sale depends on a single market imposing and fixing conditions. That is the great formula for imperialist economic domination.

Dependency theory

Dependency theory, is the theoretical description of economic neocolonialism. It proposes that the global economic system comprises wealthy countries at the centre, and poor countries at the periphery. Economic neocolonialism extracts the human and natural resources of a poor country to flow to the economies of the wealthy countries. It claims that the poverty of the peripheral countries is the result of how they are integrated in the global economic system. Dependency theory derives from the Marxist analysis of economic inequalities within the world’s system of economies, thus, under-development of the periphery is a direct result of development in the centre. It includes the concept of the late 19th century semi-colony. It contrasts the Marxist perspective of the Theory of Colonial Dependency with capitalist economics. The latter proposes that poverty is a development stage in the poor country’s progress towards full integration in the global economic system. Proponents of Dependency Theory, such as Venezuelan historian Federico Brito Figueroa, who investigated the socioeconomic bases of neocolonial dependency, influenced the thinking of the former President of Venezuela, Hugo Chávez.

You can see how the powerful nations determine our fate because our leaders are brainless nitwits.

A journalist once asked President Jonathan, that is former central bank governor Sanusi Lamido right in his disclosure that billions of dollars have gone missing from our oil revenue account?

The former Nigerian clueless president with PHD in zoology, who took billions of bribe from Shell, told the journalist, impossible, because such a lose would have been known by the American government!

You can see how dumb our leaders are!

He relied on the US confirming our realisation of oil revenue and not himself checking the validly of the corruption. This was how the former petroleum minister and her boy friend Aliko made billions out of the oil industry because our former president was clueless! The former petroleum minister instructed the directors of the six refineries to stop operating at full volume but cut it down to 25% capacity which led to insufficient supply of petroleum products to the petrol station.

The president was unaware, the situation got out hand and what did the president do? Sign away trillions of dollars to Equatorial Guinea to process our crude oil! The information never disclosed is that the contract resulted in payments of billions of dollars to the minister, administrators and the president! The last renewal saw president BUHARI last entertaining the rogue Equatorial  Guinean because billions of dollars would be paid for the signing of the renewal contract!

Did the senate investigate what 5 to 10 years plan for the addition or replacement of the poorly maintained refineries?

Hell no!

Now, the completely incompetent federal government has given Dangote right to own and refine our crude oil!

So, we keep losing trillions of dollars we need to take care of our people and nation. The Fulani Dangote will soon own Nigeria at the rate the president keeps empowering him and the looting of the nation.

The man does not pay any import tax and duty on his imported goods and this exemption has never been questioned because every other Nigerian is made to pay these taxes!

Then rogue VP Atiku the shameless greedy looter whose US senator wife was caught at a US airport with over 400,000,000  dollars, in a suitcase on her return journey from Nigeria, sold our most profitable industry – the Nigerian cement to Dangote who paid a fraction of the cost of the factory, became an overnight billionaire!

Hence, simple deduction shows probably the source of the over $400 million, the senator wife was caught with!

The insult, VP ATIKU ruled the country even though he was not a Nigerian but from Cameroon!

Other African countries colonized by France include Gambia, Chad, Mali, Togo, Sudan, Gabon, Tunisia, Niger, Republic of Congo, Cameroon, and several others. In North America, France colonized the New France region, Newfoundland, and resent day Haiti.

In Africa were the French colonised and ruined the economy of Cameroon, Gabon, French Guinea, Senegal, Algeria, Ivory Coast, Dahomey. They made these countries, completely poor and dependent on their dubious and deliberate colonial rules but never the Arab colonies!

During the occupation of France they called on Allied Forces to free France that had been occupied by the Germans! France was captured without a single gun shot! The president of France told the world there was no resistance because his country was too beautiful to allow it’s destruction.

Now, the allied took out of schools young students like my uncle who were sent to the front in France to defend France that has till today, economically enslaved African countries that fought to save their miserable rogue souls!

The Benin Empire (1440–1897; called Bini by locals was a pre-colonial African state in what is now modern Nigeria. It should not be confused with the modern-day country called Benin, formerly called Dahomey.

A diplomatic row between Italy and France over migration to Europe started when Italy’s Deputy Prime Minister Luigi Di Maio accused France of impoverishing African countries by maintaining: “If today we still have people leaving Africa, it is due to several European countries, first of all France, that didn’t finish colonizing Africa”.

We became an instrument of abuse between the western world and they made decisions without our input and the leaders were so subservient to imperialism, due to inferiority complex, they simply agreed to any lousy agreement to divide us up without any consideration for our cultural, religious and political desire for self rule!

This has resulted in the chaotic and continuous battles for separation from the most unholy union which has retarded our progress till today!

They created countries without due respect to our commonalities! Yoruba tribe beyond the British intervention spread from kogi state to Togo!

The British colonial masters gave half of Togo to Ghana, then the french colonised Togo and Benin which were formerly yoruba land!

Di Maio said France was manipulating the economies of 14 African countries that use the CFA franc, a currency underwritten by the French Treasury and pegged to the Euro. He then added: “If France didn’t have its African colonies, because that’s what they should be called, it would be the 15th largest world economy. Instead it’s among the first, exactly because of what it is doing in Africa.”

Is France really robbing its former African colonies? Is the current relationship between African countries and France preventing successful African development and sovereignty?

Black Africa remains the third world continent because they are still entrapped, under the neo-colonialism!

France in Africa

More than a million African soldiers contributed to the defeat of Nazism and Fascism in World War II, a contribution often ignored or underestimated by France that has always taken for granted that Africans, may be used again in the case of any military threat or war expectation.

After World War II, through political, security, economic and cultural ties, France did maintain a tight stranglehold in Francophone Africa, both to serve its interests and retain a last bastion of imperial prestige.

The leaders of African countries can be corrupt and not working in the interest of their citizens but, even if they wanted to be honest leaders, they would not be able to do so.

In my judgement they are self centred and corrupt self indulged looters!

How could this happen? After World War II, the colonial pact maintained the French control over the economies of the African states; it took possession of their foreign currency reserves; it controlled the strategic raw materials of the country; it stationed troops in the country with the right of free passage; it demanded that all military equipment be acquired from France; it took over the training of the African police and army; it required that French businesses be allowed to maintain monopoly enterprises in key areas (water, electricity, ports, transport, energy, etc.).

France not only set limits on the imports of a range of items from outside the franc zone but also set minimum quantities of imports from France. These treaties are still in force and operational.

For the past half-century, the secretive and powerful “African Cell” has overseen France’s strategic interests in Africa reporting only to one person: the French president. Some of the consequences for the Africa countries of a policy of dependence are obvious: dependence on the French economy; dependence on the French military; and the open-door policy for French private enterprise.

Current situation

Beside being forced to pay a “colonial debt”, 14 Western and Central African countries (Benin, Burkina Faso, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger, Senegal, Togo, Cameroon, Central African Republic, Guinea Bissau, Equatorial Guinea, Chad, Congo-Brazzaville and Gabon) have their national reserves held by France into France’s Central Bank. It is estimated that France now holds nearly $500 billion every year of African countries’ money in its treasury and will do anything to keep it. Moreover, the African countries do not have access to this money.

In fact France forced its former colonies – CFA countries – to put 65% of their foreign currency reserves into the French Treasury, plus another 20% for financial liabilities, thus leaving them access to only 15% of their own money. If they need more they have to borrow their own money from France at commercial rates. Thus these African states are French taxpayers but their citizens are not French and do not have access to public goods and services their money helps pay for. Do French people know they’re living off the wealth of African countries and have been doing so for over half a century? And if they know, do they care at all?

France has the first right to buy any natural resources found on the territory of its ex-colonies. The African countries are also not allowed to seek other partners freely as the preference is given to French interests and companies in the field of public procurement.

France has an exclusive right to supply military equipment and training to the African military by deploying troops and intervening in the African countries to defend France’s interests.

Moreover, France’s former colonies are forced to use the colonial currency FCFA (the CFA franc) and to send France an annual balance report. Besides, they are obliged to ally only with France during a situation of war or crisis.

All in all, no wonder why French presidents and ministers are greeted by protests when they visit former French colonies in Africa.

Over the past 60 years France has maintained a disproportionate influence over its former African colonies. Despite being led by different presidents over the past six decades, the French government’s policy on Africa has been faithful to its neo-colonial roots , yearning for the lost empire.

France has guarded its interests in Africa through economic power, covert action and dozens of military interventions. France has intervened in sub-Saharan Africa on five different occasions in the recent years, in addition to using intelligence and surveillance operations and countless semi-permanent military campaigns. Most recently, France launched Operation Barkhane, an ongoing counter-terrorism initiative spanning five countries in Africa’s Sahel region and involving more than 3,000 personnel. So it seems that France’s military role in Africa will endure.

France has a clear understanding of its national interests in Africa and of the threats jeopardizing connectivity and supply chain: in particular airports and ports whose control ensures the continued flow of goods, military equipment and personnel between France and its former colonies. It is up to France to decide when and whether a regime merits protection as already happened in Sudan in 2008, in Chad in 2008 and in the Central African Republic in 2012.

Imagine the french are so racist, they refused the lvory coast president membership of the all white golf club in Ivory Coast!

They refused any black child being admitted into their international schools.

Furthermore, France pushed heavily for intervention in Libya against Muammar Gaddafi. The aim was to thwart Gaddafi’s attempt to create a gold-backed African currency to supplant France as the dominant power in the Francophone Africa region. Gaddafi’s gold and silver reserves were estimated at 143 tons of gold and a similar amount in silver: more than enough to pose a huge threat to the CFA French franc.

They finally got what they wanted and when America got Gaddafi thrown out of government and murdered by his own people!

The role of French security policy in Africa has long been recognized as a critical factor in African politics and international relations. But is French involvement in Africa really in the interest of Africans, or French intervention continues to deny African political freedom and to sustain their current social, economic and political conditions? In fact policies portrayed as promoting stability and development can be factors of instability, dependency, domination and subordination.

When Guinea demanded independence in 1958, France unleashed its fury destroying schools, nurseries, public administration buildings, cars, books, medicine, research institute instruments, tractors; animals were killed and food in warehouses was burned or poisoned. This was meant to send a message to other colonies that the consequences for rejecting France would be high.

In March 2008, former French President Jacques Chirac said: “Without Africa, France will slide down into the rank of a third world power”. Chirac’s predecessor François Mitterrand prophesied in 1957 that: “Without Africa, France will have no history in the 21st century”.

Many Africans do maintain that the French have been at the frontline in the enslavement, colonisation and raping of their continent by stealing their gold, diamonds and other natural resources.

They also maintain that France colonial tax is bleeding Africa and feeding France.

France has good reasons to seek to improve its image. Numerous resentments have built-up against it due to political interference and armed interventions., not least the legacy of the 1994 Rwandan genocide.

The United Nations and the European Union should seriously take stock of such a situation. There is still the possibility to remedy the critical conditions of Western and Central Africa. France cannot afford anymore to be portrayed as an exploiter: it is high time to show the entire world that the French ideals and the motto “Liberty, Equality, Fraternity”, dating back to the French Revolution, are not only deeply embedded in France but also wherever France has a role to play and its interests are at stake.

These ideals, and the French Republic itself, cannot feel distant and empty to disaffected Africans who consider as fixed and tricked the French values imposed on them like a form of neocolonialism, and used as a pretext for discrimination.

The invasion of Africa and exploitation reinforced the belief that Africa is the virgin land for the taking and after driving the British and French away, the Chinese took over, where the colonials left !

They are the most aggressive exploiters!

They came with economic slavery terms purely to loot and dump their over populated people on Africa!

After all these horrifying experiences for the last 60 years, it is foolhardy that any African head of state would borrow 26 billion Chinese dollars despite having no means to pay back’

He senate was nothing but pure evil people to dig the last loan which eventually, turn Nigeria into Chinese economic slave!

Please watch the video below and see how desperate the Chinese are to exploit our country. These Chinese were trained in Hausa to acculturate themselves as natives knowing the northerners are very naive.

The second video shows how they are prepared to give huge bribe to get away with their crimes!

We must stop allowing any foreigner using money to exploit our nation because we are seconds from becoming economic slaves of the Chinese!

The senate and the president are colluding to ruin our nation’

We must stand up to be counted and tell these traitors, we will come after you when Nigeria Collapses!
