Mr. Livingstone Wechie is accusing Hon. Nyeche of using the letter head of the State Assembly to write a petition, when she was not sworn in as a member of the Rivers State House of Assembly.

The swearing in of members of the Rivers State House of Assembly, who have received their certificate of returns from the Independent National Electoral Commission is scheduled for today.

Victoria Nyeche, is of the All Progressives Congress, and if sworn in, will be the only female member of the Rivers State House of Assembly.

The case was then adjourned for hearing, on the 28th of April, 2016.
