PDP Chairman, Uche Secondus Set To Drag Lai Mohammed To Court

The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP) Prince Uche Secondus has told Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed to get ready to prove his N200million-loot allegation against him in court.

Recall that Lai Mohammed had on behalf of the Federal Government on Friday listed the PDP boss as one of those who looted ‎public treasury during the reign of the party.

However, in a statement, Secondus through his Special ‎Assistant on Media, Ike Abonyi, denied receiving N200 million from the Office of the former National Security Adviser, Sambo Dasuki.

The statement reads: “The attention of the National Chairman of the PDP,Prince Uche Secondus has been drawn to a press conference addressed by the Minister of Information Alhaji Lai Mohammed on Friday, claiming that the National Chairman collected N200 million from the purse of the National Security Adviser (NSA).

“Prince Secondus is challenging Mr. Mohammed to be ready to establish his allegations in court immediately.”

He said that the agenda of the Minister was to damage Secondus’ reputation and distract him from serving his party.
