Much More Than Love

–Sola Sorinolu

Her husband wanted to make love to her. She didn’t intend to deny him, but it was just one of those days that sex was the last thing on her mind! Unfortunately, the husband was so ‘on’.

When he saw that she was unyielding, he decided to take a stroll down the street to ‘cool off’.

Nigeria, The Deadliest Place To Become A Christian

Like the young man in Proverbs 7, “…there a woman met him…” who was willing to give him access to what his wife had unwittingly denied him. The offer was tempting. Moreover, who would know? Certainly not his wife! Afterall, what she didn’t know wouldn’t hurt her.

Although he felt hurt by his wife’s action whom he loved deeply, but the fear of ‘hurting’ God was what constrained him.

I Got Myself A Man (Episode 8)

Love for one’s spouse, no matter how deep, may not be strong enough as a defence when the ‘evil moment’ of sexual temptation comes. And take it from me, it will surely come. Marital infidelity can only be curbed with the fear of God in a man’s heart, not just love for one’s spouse.

The Church Scandal (Episode 21)

Singles, I’ll counsel that you don’t marry just because you have a ‘connection’ with your intended. Of course there should be a ‘connection’. But above all, ensure that he/she is wary of doing anything to disappoint God. Only in that truth, can you enjoy marital sexual fidelity!
