Massive Re-Deployment Hits Nigerian Custom- Top 246 Officers Affected

The Comptroller-General of Customs Col Hameed Ibrahim Ali has on Tuesday approved the re-deployment of about 245 officers.

In a statement signed by the Deputy Public Relation Officer, Joseph Attah which was made available to Ikenga chronicles, he said that the move was ‘’in a bid to strengthen operations and reposition the Service to meet the
challenges of the New Year 2017.’’

The statement stated that the affected officers include ‘’8 Assistant Comptrollers-General and 238 Deputy Comptrollers of Customs.’’

Assistant Comptrollers-General affected are:

ACG Charles Edike from Zone A to Human Resource Development (HRD)

ACG Ahmed Mohammed from HRD to Zone B

• ACG Aminu Dangaladima from Zone B to Enforcement
