I Still Have Faith In Iwobi–Wenger

Arene Wenger has said he is not losing faith in Super  Eagles striker, Alex Iwobi, despite his recent decline in form The Arsenal manager said he expected him to  bounce back stronger following his role in the late PSG goal Wednesday night.
Arsenal fans witnessed a disappointing result at the Emirates in a 2-2 draw against PSG in the Champions League. For Iwobi, however, it was his worst day on the pitch ‎after handing an equalizer to the French club with an own goal.
The youngster returned to the starting lineup after a couple of games out and marked it with a late deflection which sent PSG’s Lucas’ header into the back of the net. It was entirely unintentional and Wenger is clearly sympathetic with the player.
“Look, it can happen,” Wenger told Arsenal.com after the match. “The frustrating thing I think is that Ospina was behind him.”
“He is certainly the most disappointed by what happened to him. But that is part of the game.We have to take that on the chin and support him and go back into the next game”the Arsenal boss concluded.
