GLO Rolls Out 4G-LTE

Globacom Nigeria has rolled out the 4GLTE service in Nigeria. This is a first in Nigeria, and Globacom, being the first to bring the per second billing, Blackberry service, 3G, data sharing, voice and data plans in Nigeria, has set another record by being the first to introduce the 4GLTE.

The service is said to be available nationwide, and will have data plans ranging from N50 to N18,000. As at press time, some consumers were still skeptical because Glo, though offering the best data plan, has not demonstrated the same in quality of service. Their 3G, according to a customer, has not lived up to the hype.
