Breaking: Tuface Cancels Planned Protest

The protest against bad governance being led by prominent musician Tuface Idibia has been called off! In a statement released on his Instagram page Tuface cited “security reasons” as the reason for the cancellation:

“Dear Nigerians due to security concerns and public safety considerations, I hereby announce the cancellation of the planned march”

The march which was scheduled for Monday February 6 has been viciously fought by pro-Buharists with the Police warning that the protest should be cancelled.
