Breaking: Judge Excuses Himself From Femi Fani-Kayode’s Fraud Case

A Federal High Court Judge,Justice Muslim Hassan, who was assigned to preside over the N4.9billion fraud case against former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode has withdrawn from the case.

Justice Hassan, who is of the Federal High Court Lagos withdrew from the case against Mr. Fani-Kayose by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission(EFCC), and returned the file to Chief Judge of the Federal High Court, Justice Ibrahim Auta.

Fani-Kayode and his co-defendants are now to await further instructions from Justice Auta.
