By Ikenga Chronicles November 4, 2016

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) is leaving nothing to chance as flight tickets have already been sent ‎ to the foreign-based professionals called up for the World Cup qualifier against Algeria on November 12.

The NFF had instructed the players to foot the bill for their traveling expenses and will be reimbursed when they get to Nigeria in the last qualifier against Zambia. The debt was paid by the federation in full as promised. But this term the players bill would be paid in full before they even come, due to the crucial nature of the game.

It would be recalled that a couple of invited foreign-based professionals had threatened to boycott the qualifier in Ndola as they were not sure of getting reimbursed by the Federation. English Premier League duo Victor Moses of Chelsea and Isaac Success of Watford eventually did not travel to Nigeria, citing injury, but featured for their respective teams immediately after the international break.

The Super Eagles look to continue in the winning ways after defeating Zambia 2-1 in the last encounter to top the group with a massive 3 points.
