Sam Allardyce Leaves His Position After 67 Days As English Manager

The recently appointed English manager has left is job by “mutual consent” 67 days after accepting the job. The English Football Association has temporarily replaced him with Gareth Southgate. Sam Allardyce exit from his new job came as result of what the English FA considered to be an “inappropriate conduct” of the England manager.

In a statement issued by the FA said: “He accepts he made a significant error of judgement and has apologised. However, due to the serious nature of his actions, The FA and Allardyce have mutually agreed to terminate his contract with immediate effect.”

Alardyce was filmed advising undercover journalists on how to bypass FA and FIFA rules against third-party ownership of players.
